During the pandemic, the company quickly moved from a staff being entirely in the office to a hybrid workforce. Some folks were in the office. Some were at home.

Managers needed some quick guidance on how to manage a hybrid team. With the help of some experts who had successfully managed hybrid teams for years, I created a series of short animations highlighting some of the best advice from the experts.
