SharePoint Permissions

With the company’s move to SharePoint, employees who became SharePoint site owners needed training on how their sites worked. They were initially trained in small groups by IT. However, because the learners weren’t going to spend every day managing their SharePoint site, there was no need to memorize all the details of how their sites worked. What they did need was in-the-moment reminders. Along with job-aids, I created some quick animations and site-demonstrations to show various pieces of SharePoint site management. When learners needed something, it was an easy search to find a short video or animation like this to help jog their memory.
